How far in advance before the event do you typically step in to review our plans and build the timeline?

For day-of coordination, we typically step in 4 to 6 weeks before your event date. This allows us to thoroughly review all the hard work you’ve done, coordinate with your hired vendors, and create a comprehensive, minute-by-minute timeline so nothing gets missed.
