Question 1

How far in advance should we book your wedding planning services?

Accepted Answer

For full-service or partial wedding planning, we generally recommend booking 10 to 14 months in advance to secure your preferred date, lock down top-tier venues, and ensure a seamless design process without feeling rushed.

Question 2

Can you handle custom wedding decor, backdrops, and balloon installations in-house?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Unlike traditional planners who outsource all visual elements, we specialize in in-house decor. We design and install custom shimmer walls, flower walls, and organic balloon arches tailored specifically to your wedding aesthetic.

Question 3

Do you offer custom dessert tables or wedding cake styling alongside your planning packages?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Because we have a dedicated specialty in desserts, we can curate a stunning dessert table, custom-themed treats, or unique favors that match your wedding’s overarching color palette and theme.

Question 4

How do you manage the wedding day timeline so everything flows smoothly?

Accepted Answer

We build a rigorous minute-by-minute itinerary that covers everything from morning hair and makeup to the grand entrance, ceremony timing, dinner service, and final send-off, keeping all your vendors completely synchronized.

Question 5

Can you assist with budget management and tracking throughout the planning process?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For our full-service planning clients, we help establish a realistic budget based on your priorities, track expenses, and advise you on where to allocate funds to get the best value from your vendors.

Question 6

Are you available to coordinate rehearsal dinners as well as the wedding day itself?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can assist with planning, styling, and coordinating pre-wedding events such as the rehearsal dinner or morning-after brunch to ensure a cohesive experience for you and your out-of-town guests.

Question 7

Do you help review vendor contracts before we sign them?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as part of our full-service and partial planning packages, we review vendor contracts to ensure all delivery times, setup specifications, and safety guidelines align with your venue’s policies and your overall wedding vision.
